1. Sign the Online Petition at https://www.change.org/australialongweekend and be empowered by the Call for Action.
2. Register your support by leaving your name and email address here. We will not give your name or email address to anyone and will contact you only about the Australia Long Weekend proposal.
3. Check out our Socials Link. Spread the word in a way that is respectful and positive.
4. On our Facebook page, tell us why you love Australia and what you will be doing on the Australia Long Weekend.
5. Write and speak to your local members of Parliament, both Commonwealth and State, and your local Councillors.
6. If you run a business, consider moving your business holiday from 26 January to the date of the Australia Long Weekend.
7. If you want to make your support public, whether you are an individual citizen, community group, business large or small, or a local council, let us know and we will include you in this website.
8. Contact the media about your support for this Proposal, and provide them with stories, with pictures and humour. Let us know of how you go!
